My first show since getting the car back in 2018! Retro Rides Gathering 2019. The event is hosted twice a year, first at Goodwood and then at the oldest motorsport venue in world – Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb on August 18th 2019.

The car isn’t running at 100% performance due to issues with boost creep on my old tune. Currently 0.7 – 0.8 bar and a 6200rpm limit. Not good for hill climb! However, I still signed up for track time and made the final selection.
This was my first time up the hill and it is a lot steeper than it actually appears! Most of my runs were top end of second gear only as changing into third with the current problems was rather embarrassing!
Hopefully the car will be back up to the full power for next year… or the forged build will be in!
